1-  By filling up the second part of the Reservation Form, we will charge you automatically on your credit card 25% of the total amount of the reservation in order to guarantee and hold the villa under your name (apply for all reservations).

2- In case of cancellation we will refund 75% of the the money you payed in advance (this will apply only with a written cancellation 15 days before check-in-date). This apply only for reservations efective during the Low Season.

3- For reservations efective during the High Season and Special Weeks, we will charge you automatically on your credit card 25% of the total amount of the reservations in order to guarantee and hold the villa under your name, the remanning 75% of the total will be charge on the same credit card in one week before your arrival.

4- All reservations should be totally payed before your arrival, otherwise they will be cancelled automatically.

5- The hotel will be no responsible in refunded the money of your  Accommodations if you, for own decision, have to retire before the. Check out stipulated in this document.
